The focus appears to be just right, I am having a hard time figuring out what exactly this is...but the depth of field and the angle is done just right.

its not quite as small as a spider
but it was infact a furry fern!

yeh i spent a little while on this one (filled two memory cards with shots i couldnt use)
but eventually i got a couple of shots that worked...and this is one of them

aaahahaha thats awwwsome.
i think its actually the roots from a fern...it was in a pot and had no dirt so over time the roots grew out and over...and got hairy? :wtf:

even in real life it was kinda misleading
or though with a few camera tricks i've managed to hide most the things that made it look inanimate.

Very cool. I wouldnt have thought to take a picture of this. When I first glanced at it, it looked like transula legs. O_O I would have never guessed it was a fuzzy fern. Still looks like a spider's legs! Lol, even though I get willys looking at it, its still very well done and excuted.
